Hood River

The Aspen of the West — Mount Hood over everything, an hour east of Portland

Landscapes by Paloma Ayala

Most of Oregon’s psilocybin centers are in a city. Finish your session there and the city is waiting at the door. Hood River is different — a town people travel to on purpose, to slow down and be outside. We’d rather your session live inside a few days like that.

The Town

They call it the Aspen of the West: a small, prosperous town in the middle of the Gorge — orchards above, wind on the water, Mount Hood over everything. Visitors tend to stay longer than they planned. That, as much as anything we do inside our walls, is what it means to be held.

Integration, Outside

Integration doesn’t have to happen in a chair. Walk the forest trails above town while things settle. Sit by a waterfall. If it helps, your facilitator will walk the Columbia with you — some of the steadiest conversations happen moving, outside.

Bring Your People

Session day is yours alone — that part doesn’t change. The days around it don’t have to be. Plenty of clients bring a partner or family and make the trip a real getaway: they explore the town while you’re with us, and you come back to people you love.
