Sessions
A session here isn’t one afternoon. It’s an arc of two to four weeks — screening, preparation, the session itself, and the conversations after — and every part earns its place. Here’s the whole thing, start to finish.
-
Screening
It starts with a phone call, not a booking page.
-
Matching
You don’t need to pick a facilitator from a lineup — we match you with the right one for how you’re arriving. If it doesn’t feel right when you meet, say so and we’ll change it.
-
Preparation · 3 to 6 Hours
Over two preparation meetings, online, your facilitator explains the process, the preparation, and the paperwork — and works with you on dosage, setting your intentions, and developing strategies to ease any anxiety.
-
Session Day · 4 to 8 Hours
You’ll meet your facilitator at Vital Reset at the scheduled time, get settled, shake off the nerves, take the psilocybin, and begin your journey — your facilitator with you the entire time.
-
Integration
The part that matters most and is understood least. A session can shake things loose, and what surfaces can feel like a lot. Integration is where you connect the dots between the session and your real life.
Continue: what the research says, and your questions answered ↓
Psilocybin has been studied at Johns Hopkins, NYU, and other major research centers, and the results were serious enough that Oregon built a licensed system around it. We’d rather point you to that research than oversell it, because the honest version is this: psilocybin is a tool, not a cure. What you bring to the session, and what you do after it, matters as much as the psilocybin does.
