Mist over an evergreen forest in the Columbia River Gorge

Sessions

A session here isn’t one afternoon. It’s an arc of two to four weeks — screening, preparation, the session itself, and the conversations after — and every part earns its place. Here’s the whole thing, start to finish.

What the Research Says

Psilocybin has been studied at Johns Hopkins, NYU, and other major research centers, and the results were serious enough that Oregon built a licensed system around it. We’d rather point you to that research than oversell it, because the honest version is this: psilocybin is a tool, not a cure. What you bring to the session, and what you do after it, matters as much as the psilocybin does.

Common Questions
Yes. Oregon licenses psilocybin service centers, facilitators, and manufacturers, and Vital Reset operates inside that system. You must be 21 or older.
No. Psilocybin services in Oregon are available to any adult 21 or older. You don’t need a diagnosis, a referral, or a prescription.
No. Clients come from all over — Portland, Seattle, the Bay Area, and beyond. Hood River is easy to reach and worth the trip.
The screening call is where we figure that out together. Some medications and health conditions require more care; we won’t schedule anything until we’re confident it’s right.
Some medications interact with psilocybin — SSRIs in particular. Our registered nurse handles medication screening before anything is booked. Safety is built into the process.
We match you. You’ll meet your facilitator before anything is scheduled, and if it doesn’t feel right, we’ll find someone who fits better.
That’s determined with your facilitator during preparation, based on your history, intentions, and what you’re arriving with. We don’t do one-size doses.
Different for everyone — which is part of why preparation matters. We spend real time on this in your prep sessions so you arrive with a sense of what to expect and how to meet it.
Yes. Your facilitator is with you the entire time — present, attentive, and trained for whatever comes up. You’re never alone in the room.
Psilocybin has a strong safety profile in clinical research. The risks that do exist — mainly around interactions with certain medications and mental health history — are exactly what screening is designed to catch.
Most people do one. Some return after integration — months later, when the first session has had time to settle. We don’t sell packages.
No. You’ll need a ride arranged before your session day. We’ll remind you during preparation. Many clients stay in Hood River the night before and after.
Comfortable clothes, an eye mask if you use one, and nothing you need to perform for. We’ll cover the rest in your preparation sessions.
$2,800 all in — the center fee, facilitator fee, and psilocybin. No tiers, no add-ons. See the Pricing page for everything it includes.
