Every session here happens in one of three private rooms, each designed for a different temperament. The Forest Room holds you in close — deep greens, low light, the feeling of a forest floor, and the only window of the three. The Mountain Room is warm gray and quiet light, the calmest of the three. The River Room is the dark, still one: deep blue walls, low amber light, the largest bed in the house, built for deep journeys. The room is yours to choose — we want you journeying in whichever one feels most like home. We’re happy to help if you’re not sure.

Not every hour here happens behind a closed door. The lounge is where you arrive and let the pace change before your session, and where you land afterward — somewhere to sit, have something warm, and gather yourself before your ride comes. The quiet middle of the day, yours for as long as you need it.

Vital Reset began three years ago as the 4th licensed psilocybin service center in Oregon, and in the country. It’s still the farthest east in the state, the only one this deep in the Gorge.

From the start it ran on one idea: gather good facilitators and let them work as one team, not solo practitioners with separate rooms. The premise hasn’t changed since the beginning: this is serious, it deserves to be done carefully, and the person in the room is the whole point. People are drawn by the scenery, the respite, and the fact that it isn’t Portland — it isn’t a city at all. They stay for the care: trauma-informed, unhurried, and genuinely their own.

Jim Yue and Libby Volgyes took over Vital Reset in the summer of 2026 — they own and run it now, but ask either of them and they’ll tell you it’s a shared effort, everyone in the building has had a hand in what it’s become. With the rebrand, we set out to make the place hold you the way it always has: gently, and safely, for as long as you’re here.
