How to Get Started
At Vital Reset, we have a carefully designed process based on successful research studies. This process helps you make the most of your psychedelic problem-solving session.
There are 3 steps that you, and if desired, your team, will take:
Step 1: Preparation
3 - 6 hours or more (in-person or virtual)
We begin by helping you prepare for your psilocybin experience. Through evaluation, consultation, and education, we ensure you have the necessary knowledge and mental readiness for the journey ahead. It is essential to set your expectations for focus and success.
Dosage for each participant, and variety of psilocybin is decided during preparation.

For successful psychedelic creative problem-solving, you should already be engaged in work that requires problem-solving abilities.
Step 2: Psychedelic Problem-Solving Session
2 - 8 hours (depending on dosage) at our service center
In a safe, thoughtfully curated environment under the guidance of an experienced facilitator, the psilocybin will work its magic. The goal is to unlock profound insights and unique solutions to whatever ideas you’re bringing into the space.
Here’s how these sessions are typically structured:
1. Before ingesting psilocybin, you will settle into the problem-solving space and review the problem (or problems) to be solved.
2. Your facilitator will offer guidance for working with the psychedelic substance and set expectations for success.
3. Upon ingesting psilocybin, you will be encouraged to relax, listen to the carefully curated playlist, and let your mind work on the problem using techniques chosen during preparation sessions.
4. After the peak of the psychedelic effects, you will be encouraged to use paper and pen, flip charts, art materials, and items you bring for this purpose, to further explore and document the solutions you generated.
Step 3: Integration
1 -4 hours (in-person or virtual)
We help you make sense of your experience and integrate any personal insights. You may find your intellectual and creative abilities will be enhanced for days or weeks. Continuing integration work can help sustain attention on implementation of solutions in ordinary consciousness.
