How to Get Started
At Vital Reset, we have a carefully designed process that is all about helping you make the most of your psilocybin experience.
This process usually takes about a month but may be longer depending on the unique needs of each client.
There are 3 steps that each client goes through:
Step 1: Preparation
3 - 6 hours (in-person or virtual)
We begin by helping you prepare for your psilocybin experience. Through consultations and education, we ensure you have the necessary knowledge and mental readiness for the journey ahead.
Step 2: Psilocybin Experience
3 - 8 hours depending on dose and sensitivity (at our service center)
In a safe, thoughtfully curated environment under the guidance of an experienced facilitator, you have the opportunity to courageously delve into the depths of your consciousness, unlocking profound insights and undergoing experiences that can shape your life's path.
Step 3: Integration
1 - 4 hours (in-person or virtual)
We help you make sense of your experience and incorporate its lessons into daily life. Through active listening and empathy, we encourage you to translate your experiences into tangible growth and positive change.

Co-owner of Vital Reset, and 2023 graduate of Synaptic Institute, Heidi transformed her own life through psilocybin experiences. Drawing from her personal triumph over treatment-resistant depression, she compassionately guides others toward their own healing.
Heidi knows psilocybin mushrooms as gentle guides. The mushrooms can help you move past rigid patterns to unlock your inner flexibility and resilience.

Danilo is a bilingual Guatemalan with a decade-long journey in patient care and healthcare. He's held pivotal roles such as the Director of Patient Care in Behavioral Health and Psychiatry, Office Manager in Mental Health and Substance Usage, and Practice Manager in holistic health. He now serves as the Director of Operations and a Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator at Vital Reset.
His experience working in healthcare and with Psilocybin has allowed him to adopt a trauma-informed, harm-reduction, and person-centered methodology. His goal has always been to foster a safe, non-judgmental environment where individuals feel seen, empowered, and respected. Danilo believes Psilocybin allows one to address the root cause and not just manage the symptoms. He views Psilocybin not as a quick fix or cure-all, but as one part of a larger, complex, deeply personal journey.
Danilo’s takes a ceremonial approach that reflects his Guatemalan heritage and the sacred aspect of working with plant medicines. He works with Individuals and Groups seeking support through a Psilocybin Experience. In his work, he brings profound respect for Psilocybin and those who have held the wisdom and paved the way. In addition to his Psilocybin Facilitation training, Danilo has studied Curanderismo through his Guatemalan lineage and received training in Herbal and Botanical Studies, Medicinal Plants, Sustainable Ethnobotany Research, and Global Plant Biodiversity.
Danilo works with anyone drawn to this journey, bringing an understanding that each person's experience is unique and deserves individualized attention. His experience spans a wide range of needs, including those facing depression, anxiety, PTSD, the impacts of sexual assault, and supporting immigrants. His area of focus is working with individuals exploring spiritual work, cultural identity, marginalized identities, displacement, LGBTQ and queer identity, and those navigating end-of-life and life-altering medical diagnoses. Each of these experiences has reinforced his belief that healing comes in many forms, and that we all have what we need within us to make meaningful change.
